Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to accurately handle cash and electronic transactions
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist customers

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly shopping experience
• Assist with product selection and answer questions about souvenirs and gift items
• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
• Organize displays and maintain an attractive sales floor
• Monitor inventory and report low-stock items
• Receive, unpack, and price incoming merchandise
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally
• Promote featured products, seasonal items, and special offers
• Follow opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures
• Work with team members to support efficient store operations

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 25 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, and restock products as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
