Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided for new operators.

Experience Requirements

• Manufacturing and machine operator experience preferred; CNC experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, following written work instructions and production procedures.
• Reliable transportation, strong attendance, and punctuality required.
• Flexible schedule with overtime and weekend availability required.
• Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train on additional CNC equipment as experience grows.
• Spanish-speaking and English-speaking candidates both encouraged to apply.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment around automated production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to tolerate machine noise and warmer facility temperatures during summer months.
• Manual dexterity to load, unload, clean, and deburr machined parts, and perform basic machine operation tasks.
• Ability to stand and remain productive throughout the shift while keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Job Duties

• Load and unload CNC machining equipment and monitor machine production cycles.
• Clean and deburr finished aluminum components and perform basic machine operation functions.
• Assist with minor production maintenance and oiling tasks and follow work instructions and production procedures.
• Inspect parts for quality and defects, maintain productivity and quality standards, and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
