This seasonal, hands-on role puts you at the center of our warehouse and yard operations from spring through fall, supporting picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure every order is completed safely and accurately. You will also assist customers on-site, handle materials, and keep our warehouse, yard, and storage areas running smoothly during peak season. Education Requirements No degree required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience Requirements Prior warehouse, yard, or customer service experience helpful but not required Forklift experience a plus; training provided Bilingual (English and Spanish) skills preferred to support customer interactions Strong attendance and reliability essential for success Physical Capabilities Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Comfortable performing physical tasks both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to stand, walk, and move throughout the yard and warehouse for extended periods Reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities Job Duties Pump and dispense pavement sealer into customer tanks Load and unload materials, inventory, and customer vehicles Support shipping, receiving, and freight coordination, including FedEx handling Organize and maintain warehouse, yard, and storage areas Provide friendly, on-site customer service and product support Keep work areas clean, safe, and efficient Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
