*Description*
Essential Functions: * Answers the telephone and performs call-ahead request for field technicians. * Receives and dispatches non-emergency work orders to support daily and emergency operations * Dispatches orders via Mobile Data and Dispatching Solution * Monitors, routes, and documents work orders to service technicians; reviews backlogged work orders. * Coordinates daily operational requirements between internal and external stakeholders * Resolves scheduling concerns between the company's Call Center, customers, and supervision to achieve optimum results. * Acts as liaison between the company, customers, state and local governmental agencies in an emergency situation. Experience: Requires one year experience with SAP or a mobile data dispatching system and at least one year experience in/or supporting gas distribution operations or at least one year of equivalent dispatching experience. Potential for contract extension after 6 months *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Evansville, IN. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
