This role supports the coordination and administration of service activities, training needs, and general office operations. The Service Coordinator helps keep service work organized by coordinating with internal teams, representative partners, and customers to align schedules, resources, billing, training, and communication. This position plays an important role in supporting stakeholders and helping ensure a positive customer service experience. Which tasks will you perform?
- Manage service-related requests and coordinate service activities for customer support
- Document and maintain service and repair order details, including problems and resolutions, costs, pricing, and follow-up processes
- Represent Endress+Hauser as the direct point of contact for customers, sales, and service representatives
- Utilize SAP for order entry, parts tracking, replacement equipment tracking, and invoicing processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to help ensure required materials and tools are available to support service activities
- Support the overall business operations including event and meeting coordination and customer/visitor management
- Collaborate closely with all business functions, and specifically with sales, service, representative partners and customers
- Coordinate and prepare for training events by partnering with product management, marketing, and internal teams to align schedules, logistics, and participant needs
- Track service events, complaints, customer needs, and transactional customer satisfaction survey feedback in Salesforce to identify and lead continuous improvement projects
- Ensure services are accurately priced, timely, and aligned with customer expectations by providing service and repair quotations; assist with customer invoice follow-up only in emergency situations.
What do we expect from you? You will have (required):
- Associate's degree in a business or technical field or 2-4 years relevant experience
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite or similar business tools
You may have (preferred):
- Experience using business management platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Ability to prepare documents and presentations with clarity and impact.
- Ability to work and make informed decisions independently and on own initiative.
- Proactively offers, seeks, and applies constructive feedback with an openness to growth and collaboration.
- Prioritizes the customer perspective in business decisions by actively seeking to understand customer needs and problems, initiating solutions based on this understanding, and implementing feedback to enhance the overall experience and prevent future issues.
