Operator 1
Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, quality standards, and all operational procedures.

  • Support daily AutoPack and warehouse operations including pallet handling, labeling, scanning, and inventory accuracy.

  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet inverters, stretch wrappers, palletizing equipment, and related warehouse systems.

  • Complete production transactions, batch verification, trailer inspections, and documentation accurately.

  • Maintain clean, organized work areas through routine sanitation, waste removal, equipment cleaning, and housekeeping activities.

  • Assist with rework, blending, dumping, big bagging, repalletizing, and material movement activities as needed.

  • Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and escalate concerns when appropriate.

  • Collaborate with team members and shift leaders to improve processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.

  • Complete required training, certifications, Workday learning activities, stop audits, and other compliance requirements.

What Makes You the Right Fit
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or production environment.

  • Ability to operate forklifts and maintain required equipment certifications.

  • Understanding of GMP, safety policies, quality standards, and food manufacturing practices.

  • Experience using inventory systems, scanners, production transactions, and operational documentation.

  • Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and established processes with a high level of accuracy.

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, moving materials, and extended periods of standing.

  • Flexibility to support overtime, shift coverage, and changing operational priorities.

How Would You Stand Out?
  • Previous experience in an automated packaging or food manufacturing environment.

  • Experience troubleshooting packaging, wrapping, or palletizing equipment.

  • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor team members on operational procedures and best practices.
