Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, including the TA Specialists and TA Manager, in a variety of recruiting and administrative activities. This role will focus on providing an excellent candidate experience, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks, and supporting the team withreporting and project needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
o Manage recruitment for entry-level hourly positions, with requisition assignments adjusted based on business needs and the Coordinator's comfort and experience.
o Assist TA Specialists in scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, and crafting and
extending job offers.
o Guide candidates through the application process, from applying to signing offers and completing new hire paperwork.
Administrative Support
o Monitor and respond to inquiries in the HR Recruiting mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate
communication.
o Assist the TA Manager with compiling and distributing recruitment reports, creating process flow documents, and supporting additional team projects as needed.
o Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to assess, document, and implement updates to the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring an optimized setup and well-documented processes for efficient recruiting and onboarding workflows.
Candidate Experience
o Provide high-level customer service to candidates, ensuring a smooth application and onboarding process.
o Resolve any candidate questions or issues with a friendly and helpful approach.
o Partner with the TA team to identify and implement employment branding enhancements to job
postings on candidate- facing platforms, ensuring impactful and consistent job postings to attract
top talent.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
o High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related
field is preferred.
o 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced
environment.
Skills and Competencies:
o High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
o Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred.
o People-oriented and customer-service focused, with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
