Join our team in a hands-on inventory and materials coordination role supporting warehouse, purchasing, and production operations. In this position, you will help ensure the accurate receipt, transfer, storage, and delivery of materials while maintaining documentation and supporting inventory control processes. Safety, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential to success in this role.
What You Will Do
  • Process receiving, shipping, purchase order, item transfer, and product structure transactions.
  • Maintain required documentation and records.
  • Operate a forklift and pallet jack.
  • Verify received materials and quantities by comparing vendor shipping documents to purchase orders.
  • Forward delivery tickets and invoices to project and finance teams.
  • Deliver and pick up materials locally using a company-provided truck.
  • Maintain purchasing department document storage, including purchase orders, packing lists, supplier files, and non-conformance history.
  • Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
Position Details
  • Travel inside the Boise metroplex is required.
  • Shift -- Monday-Friday / 8am to 4pm
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of Warehouse Logistics Experience
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems.
  • Ability to resolve complaints and respond effectively to sensitive inquiries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Fork truck driving experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work with bills of material, product structures, job orders, warehouse pick lists, and shipping documents.
  • Inventory control experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) training.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

$23-$26/HR Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
