Location: City Of Industry, CA

$19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Training on a different shift for 1-2 weeks may be required)

As a Quality Control Clerk, you'll help ensure warehouse operations run smoothly by inspecting products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting order fulfillment. You'll work across freezer, cooler, and dry storage areas while helping maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused warehouse environment.

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.



Experience Requirements


  • 2-3 years of warehouse, inventory, quality control, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong aptitude for numbers and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.
  • Self-starter with the ability to understand technical processes and seek solutions independently.


Job Duties


  • Inspect, sort, and verify incoming products for quality and accuracy.
  • Complete order documentation and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Tag products and report quality, food safety, or chemical safety concerns.
  • Unload trucks using pallet jacks and move product throughout the warehouse.
  • Palletize, stock, and rotate inventory according to established procedures.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Work in freezer, cooler, and dry storage areas as needed throughout the shift.
  • Support order fulfillment while ensuring product quality standards are met.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred.
  • Technical training in manufacturing, quality assurance, or inspection procedures is beneficial.
  • Experience performing first article, in-process, or final product inspections is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, statistical process control, quality documentation, or corrective action procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to producing high-quality work are well positioned for success as a Quality Control Clerk.



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
