Printpack is looking for a bilingual HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team and serve as a critical technology partner between our U.S. and Mexico operations. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our digital HR transformation, supporting and configuring our Workday platform while enabling cross-border collaboration that drives our business forward. In this role, you'll directly shape how Printpack leverages Workday-optimizing processes, deploying new functionality, building advanced reporting capabilities, and exploring emerging technologies like AI and automation to keep us ahead of the curve. You'll be a go-to technical resource for functional areas across the business, helping subject matter experts turn their needs into real, working solutions. Your bilingual skills add a powerful dimension to this impact: you'll ensure our Printpack Mexico business unit receives seamless technical support and consistent system experiences-including contributing to an in-progress payroll integration that requires coordination between Mexico HR, Finance, and our Atlanta-based teams.
