Position Summary

We are looking for a high-performing early-career seller who is ready to grow into a consultative, value-driven sales role in the fashion and manufacturing technology space.
The primary function of this position is to perform the sales of solutions, by actively prospecting, acquiring and closing new business within named accounts, using various combinations of Lectra's portfolio of Equipment and SaaS solutions. Duties and responsibilities

The opportunities for growth and impact are many, but here are a few things we're excited for you to work on:

• Qualify, track, and close inbound marketing leads

• Develop business strategy to prospect into assigned accounts to identify opportunities to grow both equipment and software revenue
• Managesalesactivities from beginning to end to meet or exceed assigned revenue objectives
• Forecastsalesrevenues on a weekly basis and communicating expectations to internal leadership
• Engage with key customer stakeholders to grow and maintain relationships
• Work with internal partners to ensure that our customers receive what they want, when they want it
• Collaborate with colleagues to bring end-to-end solutions selling to our customers

• Apply consultative, Challenger selling, and MEDDPICC qualification methodologies to drive opportunities through the Lectra Sales process to closure
  
  
  
  • Solution definition based on customer needs, presentations and demonstrations in close cooperation with presales team to promote and demonstrate the added value of Lectra's solutions
  • Quotation, proposal drafting, negotiation and closing in compliance with Lectra's standard terms and conditions of contract

Profile

We are looking for ambitious and curious B2B salespeople with a passion for innovation, that want to learn and grow into enterprise Account Executives. Our ideal candidate will have the following profile:

• 3+ years of experience in direct and consultative sales of Saas solutions, preferably in High Technology or Manufacturing
• Ability and proven success in hunting new opportunities as well as expanding existing accounts from cold call to close

• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate additional experience
• MEDDPICC experienced preferred, but not mandatory
• Sales Methodology training preferred, but not mandatory

• Salesforce experience
• Microsoft Office and Google Apps Suite

Travel

The position is remote in the US, EST zone. 15-20% travel across the US.
