The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for supporting the Sony Music Business and Legal Affairs M&A team to 1) fully implement and maintain Diligent Entities, a global entity management platform, and 2) track, coordinate and manage annual corporate report filing compliance. The Diligent Entities aspect of the role will focus on organizing, reviewing, and uploading corporate data from multiple sources into the Diligent Entities platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper classification. The ideal candidate is an experienced corporate paralegal with global entity management experience (Diligent Entities experience a plus), familiarity with M&A transactions, and a strong background in corporate governance and document management.
