Pay: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour 26-08593 Job Summary The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting for technical talent in a fast-paced, technically complex environment. This role serves as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers and HR, developing hiring strategies, building targeted talent pipelines, managing multiple requisitions, and delivering an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. The position requires strong technical recruiting expertise, data-driven sourcing strategies, knowledge of regulated hiring environments, and the ability to adapt to changing workforce needs and priorities. Job Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to conduct intake meetings, define role requirements, and establish selection criteria.
- Develop and execute data-driven recruiting strategies for technical roles, including engineering, manufacturing, business, and related disciplines.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, debriefs, and offer closing.
- Manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines aligned with near- and long-term workforce needs.
- Source and engage both active and passive candidates through digital sourcing, talent communities, niche job boards, and other recruiting channels.
- Provide labor market and competitor insights to support hiring decisions and prioritization.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to maintain strong relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the recruiting process.
- Champion an excellent, timely, and inclusive candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and EEO/OFCCP requirements and maintain audit-ready recruiting documentation.
- Utilize applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems to manage requisitions, monitor recruiting funnels, and support process improvements.
- Represent the organization at recruiting events and support occasional in-person recruiting and business needs.
- Support a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Track recruiting activity and use data to identify opportunities to improve recruiting strategies and processes.
- Manage shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders while maintaining a strong customer-service focus.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- Experience recruiting and hiring technical talent, including engineering, manufacturing, business, or related disciplines.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines and partnering directly with hiring managers and HR.
- US citizenship required.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong consultative and customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and remain focused on recruiting results.
- Knowledge of employment compliance requirements, including EEO and OFCCP requirements.
- Experience with digital sourcing and social recruiting methods, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for recruiting events and business needs.
- No security clearance is required.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required, or an additional 4 years of relevant recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
Work Experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Technical recruiting experience in areas such as engineering, manufacturing, business, or related disciplines.
- Agency or staffing firm recruiting experience preferred.
- Government contracting, aerospace, or defense recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience with Workday and Eightfold preferred.
- Experience with OFCCP compliance and regulated hiring environments preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, talent communities, and niche job boards preferred.
- Experience developing market intelligence and engaging passive candidates preferred.
