About the Role
KARL STORZ is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Center Associate I to join our Logistics Center team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through material handling, inventory movement, order fulfillment, and transactional processing within SAP. The Warehouse Logistics Center Associate I plays an important part in ensuring products are accurately received, stocked, picked, and shipped while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, dependable, and eager to contribute to KARL STORZ's culture of continuous improvement through Lean principles and collaborative problem-solving. Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
What You'll Do
- Execute material handling, stocking, picking, and inventory transactions using warehouse systems, scanners, and SAP.
- Validate product and order accuracy before releasing inventory to stock or preparing products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by completing daily 6S activities and following established safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, providing feedback, and completing assigned improvement activities.
- Follow established work instructions, policies, and procedures to ensure quality, productivity, and operational compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates, internal partners, and leadership to meet service level agreements and business objectives.
- Develop proficiency in operating warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and other powered equipment as trained.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0 to 1 year of warehouse, receiving, dock, distribution, or material handling experience.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to learn warehouse management systems and SAP transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when handling inventory and fulfilling orders.
- Ability to follow directions, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more years of warehouse, receiving, logistics, or distribution experience.
- Experience working with SAP or other enterprise inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve operational challenges.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, pull, push, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
- Frequently lift and move up to 30 pounds.
- Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to safely use warehouse ladders to access inventory locations.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment as trained.
