Job Description

We are seeking a results-drivenSr Staff Recruiterto manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles and departments. This individual will be responsible for understanding hiring needs, developing sourcing strategies, identifying and screening qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer close. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to recruit effectively for both technical and non-technical positions while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage thefull recruitment lifecyclefor technical roles, from requisition intake and sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing.
  • Partner with hiring managers toanalyze job requirements, understand team needs, and define candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute effectivesourcing strategiesto attract high-quality software and hardware engineering candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline ofactive and passive candidatesusing job boards, search engines, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conductresume reviews, initial screenings, and candidate evaluationsto assess technical qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Use advanced search techniques, includingBoolean searches, LinkedIn recruiting, job portals, and non-traditional sourcing methods to identify top talent.
  • Prepare candidate summaries and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers with clear insights on fit and strengths.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and ensure timely follow-up with candidates and interview teams.
  • Serve as theprimary point of contact for candidates, providing information about the company, projects, role expectations, and work environment.
  • Manage job postings and applicant flow across recruitment platforms and internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records, track progress, and provide regular updates on pipeline activity and hiring status.
  • Ensure a positive and professionalcandidate experiencethroughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant technical recruiting experience required, with experience managing full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles and functions.
  • Experience in both active candidate sourcing and passive candidate pipeline development preferred.
  • Prior experience recruiting in a corporate, agency, staffing, or consulting environment is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and engaging technical candidates across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge oftechnical roles, technologies, and skill sets, with the ability to quickly understand job requirements and relevant keywords.
  • Expertise in candidate sourcing throughLinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, search engines, social media, Boolean search techniques, and other creative sourcing channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate candidates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering quality results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced technology, staffing, or consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting.
  • Experience building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill or niche technical roles.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the technology talent market.

The expected hourly wage for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hour.
