Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PPBE Support professional to provide expert-level oversight and integration across PPBE, SPRG, and SAP governance activities. This role supports OSW SAPCO, SPRG leadership, and broader SAP governance processes by delivering analytical rigor, strategic coordination, and operational support. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of DoW budgeting processes, SAP/SPRG structures, and PPBE lifecycle activities.

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Provide oversight and senior-level support for PPBE activities.

* Support SPRG staff, meetings, working groups, and conferences.

* Assist with POM, Program Budget Review (PBR), and President's Budget (PB) development and analysis.

* Provide acquisition management support aligned with SPRG processes.

* Conduct acceptance testing for budget formulation software solutions.

* Obtain, compile, and summarize information for use by senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

* Extract budget and program data from accounting records, forms, and system reports.

* Relate organizational needs and accomplishments to anticipated and actual budgetary figures.

* Support integration with OSW SAPCO and OSW SAP governance processes.

* Ensure timely coordination across DoW stakeholders and SAP communities.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 6 years of DoW budgeting experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience supporting contracts of similar size and complexity.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SAP/SPRG organizations and governance processes.
  • Strong understanding of the Government PPBE (Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution) process.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with diverse DoW, military, civilian, and industry partners.
  • Ability to work 5 days onsite in Washington DC
  • Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance with SAP Eligibility to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)

  • SAF/FM Experience.

The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
