What you will be doing

* Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, equipment, and building systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

* Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

* Respond promptly and professionally to guest and associate maintenance requests, delivering exceptional customer service.

* Maintain the interior and exterior of the hotel property to company and brand standards.

* Follow all OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.

* Complete work orders, maintenance logs, and daily shift reports accurately and on time.

* Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction while assisting with utility and cost-control initiatives.

Position Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; technical or trade school training preferred.

* Previous maintenance, engineering, facilities, hotel, or related experience preferred.

* Ability to troubleshoot, analyze problems, and implement effective repair solutions independently.

* Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building maintenance systems.

* Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.

* Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests, associates, and vendors.

* Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a flexible schedule to support a 24/7 operation.
