Valiant is looking for a JRTC Role Play Scenario Integration Lead to join our team!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • All aspects of Branch execution of Performance Work Statement (PWS) and other contract deliverable requirements.
  • Ensures that Branch policies, procedures and activities are following applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and Valiant and Role Play policies.
  • Ensures that Branch policies, procedures and activities are following applicable corporate policies/procedures.
  • Major areas of emphasis include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Train and supervise assistant operations coordinator/integrator; train and supervise operations personnel.
  • All aspects of Role Play scenario instructions, character sheet development and implementation, key leader packet development, engagement and role player talking points.
  • Maintaining high satisfaction among multiple customer segments by providing all PWS products and services on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Track and report Role Play activity and adjust scenario as required to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure all JSFA and SFA training is managed to include CRP transportation, first responders on site, and ensuring the advise and assist section meets all training requirements.
  • Assist with the execution and monitoring of Role Play Advise and Assist employee counseling program.
  • Support Role Play MRE and DATE rotational requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Active Secret preferred
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High School Diploma
PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENT;

  • Graduate of a US Army officer or NCO Advance Course or equivalent or
  • Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited university or college.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 2+ years managerial experience as the head of a civilian or military organization of more than 100 individuals (US Army company level or above).
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in the following areas:

    • US Army Brigade Combat Team organization and operational concepts;
    • JRTC Operations Group mission, organization, employment;
    • JRTC rotational training exercise design;
    • Role Play PWS requirements;
    • Mission Support Contract Safety Management, Quality Control, and Property Management Plans.


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to produce finished-quality documents using Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, and Excel.
  • Must be able to travel unaccompanied to continental US and foreign locations.
  • Must be available to work irregular hours and weekends on a routine and consistent basis.
  • Must possess a valid LA driver's license or other state equivalent.

  • Individual must submit to and pass a pre-employment drug screening; will be subject to random drug screening.




DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • 4+years managerial experience as the head of a civilian or military organization of comparable size and complexity.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physical condition must permit the following: work outdoors in all local climatic conditions; lift up to 25 pounds; walk 500 meters over uneven terrain without assistance; work while standing for up for prolonged periods without rest.
