Job Summary

The Warehouse Loader is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including loading trucks, inventory activities, product repackaging, and warehouse maintenance. The role ensures products are loaded accurately, properly rotated according to expiration dates, and handled in accordance with established warehouse standards. The Warehouse Loader also maintains a clean and organized work environment and follows procedures for handling damaged or out-of-code products.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with loading trucks with products in accordance with established distribution standards.
• Confirm trucks are loaded accurately according to Account Manager requests.
• Rotate products on trucks and in the warehouse according to expiration dates.
• Clean and repackage products in accordance with established standards.
• Properly dispose of damaged or out-of-code products after receiving required management approval.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by disposing of trash nightly.
• Sweep warehouse floors daily.
• Operate floor scrubbers periodically to maintain clean warehouse floors.
• Assist with other warehouse activities, including inventory and maintenance, as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Ability to safely perform warehouse loading and material-handling activities.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate truck loading and product rotation.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to identify damaged and out-of-code products.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a warehouse team.
• Dependable and able to complete assigned tasks according to required schedules.
