The ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) is looking for a Coordinator of Operations to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. ANAB is the largest multi-disciplinary accreditation body in North America. We work with organizations around the world to assess and accredit conformity assessment bodies, helping ensure competence, consistency, and confidence in products, services, and processes. About the Role The Coordinator of Operations is an integral part of the accreditation process, coordinating activities among customers, assessors, and ANAB staff. In this role, you will help ensure accreditation activities and assessment services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with ANAB's documented processes and applicable requirements. You will manage multiple activities and deadlines, maintain accurate records, communicate with a variety of stakeholders, and provide support throughout the assessment and accreditation process. This position is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Occasional overnight domestic travel may be required. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the assessment process to ensure activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in conformance with applicable requirements, including ISO/IEC 17011. Serve as a key point of contact throughout the assessment process, communicating with clients, assessors, assessment team members, decision-makers, and ANAB staff. Coordinate assessment activities, schedules, meetings, and related documentation. Process new conformity assessment body (CAB) application workflows and maintain associated records. When authorized, process approved accreditation application workflows. Maintain accurate and complete data and records associated with assessment and accreditation activities. Review and approve assessment team member invoices in accordance with established procedures. Where applicable, support the review of applications and the development of assessment teams. Schedule meetings and appointments, conduct research, and support projects and operational initiatives. Participate in Operations Unit meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Perform assigned responsibilities in accordance with Operations Unit and company-wide metrics. Participate in internal audits and external evaluations of ANAB by third parties. Support the resolution of internal management system findings, including opportunities for improvement and nonconformities, as applicable. Identify operational process issues and opportunities for improvement and assist in developing effective solutions. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Technology: Comfortable learning and working across multiple electronic business systems and software platforms.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least two years of relevant experience, such as business, customer service, administrative, or office experience. Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong keyboarding and data-entry skills. Ability to learn and effectively use ANAB platforms and other electronic business systems. Ability to work professionally and effectively under pressure and meet established deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information appropriately. Knowledge of accreditation, conformity assessment, quality systems, or related processes is a plus, but not required.
