Schedule: Monday-Friday 730AM to 5PM

What You'll Do:
  • Lead warehouse personnel by setting expectations, gaining commitment, and following through to ensure successful execution
  • Build a positive, energetic, and safe team environment that promotes accountability, teamwork, and customer service
  • Coordinate team schedules, training, progress reviews, and related documentation
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, damage reporting, and warehouse records
  • Prioritize orders, shipping documents, and daily workload to meet customer and company needs
  • Manage inventory activities, returns, warehouse supplies, and semi-annual inventory counts
  • Coordinate freight, delivery providers, and cost-effective shipping solutions
  • Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas, equipment, facilities, and grounds
  • Support product-related warehouse activities, including pump alignment, assembly, and team instruction
  • Maintain product knowledge and uphold company policies, safety standards, and OSHA compliance
  • Contribute wherever needed to support the team and overall warehouse performance
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of five years of management or supervisory experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead effectively, establish clear expectations, gain team commitment, and ensure accountability and follow-through.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers, employees, supervisors, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Working knowledge of order processing systems, inventory management practices, basic mathematics, and standard warehouse equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and motivate teams while promoting accountability, workplace safety, and a positive work environment.
