Now hiring for a Masking Technician Location: Huber Heights, OH $17.00 per hour Shift: Monday - Friday \| 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Work You Can Be Proud Of. As a Masking Technician in Huber Heights, you'll put in real effort and see real results. You'll help build products people use every day and get paid fair for doing it right. Join a leading manufacturing team preparing machined parts for painting and finishing processes. In this role, you'll use your attention to detail and hand dexterity to accurately mask and unmask parts, prepare surfaces for rework, and load materials onto an overhead conveyor system. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety Job Duties Mask and unmask parts according to work instructions Sand and prepare parts for rework as needed Load and unload parts on the overhead conveyor system Inspect work for quality and accuracy Follow all safety procedures and company policies Perform additional duties as assigned Physical Capabilities Stand and/or sit for extended periods Lift up to 30 pounds occasionally Perform repetitive hand movements requiring fine motor skills Maintain attention to detail throughout the shift Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
