As a Production Associate in Clermont, you'll help keep production strong and steady. It's hands-on work that builds skill and confidence with every shift. In this role, you'll assist with labeling, dipping, packaging, and quality checks while learning every step of the production process through hands-on training. This is a great opportunity to build manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment. Requirements No experience required. Training is provided. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety. Job Duties Work in the bottling department of a leading distillery. Dip, label, and package bottles for shipment. Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow established production and safety procedures. Physical Capabilities Ability to wear the required steel-toed shoes Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
