As a Senior Principal Systems Engineer, you will lead system quality initiatives across complex products, processes, and engineering programs. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, resolve quality issues, validate system performance, and drive continuous improvement efforts that enhance reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field Advanced degree preferred Experience Requirements Extensive experience in systems engineering, quality assurance, or reliability engineering Strong knowledge of system validation, testing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving quality initiatives across complex programs Understanding of industry standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and quality management systems Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Job Duties Design, develop, test, and maintain system quality processes and standards Ensure products, systems, and processes meet defined quality and performance requirements Identify defects, assess risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions Conduct root cause analysis and drive resolution of complex quality issues Develop and execute system verification, validation, and testing activities Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and program teams to improve quality outcomes Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency Support compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to applicable quality standards and regulations Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement Lead quality reviews, audits, risk assessments, and process improvement initiatives Provide technical guidance and mentorship on quality engineering best practices Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods Ability to review technical documentation and analyze engineering data Occasional travel may be required based on project needs Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
