We are seeking Entry-Level Data Center Installation Technicians to join a team supporting one of the nation's fastest-growing technology sectors. No extensive telecom experience is required. What You'll Be Doing As a Data Center Installation Technician, you'll assist with the installation and buildout of critical infrastructure inside a data center environment. Responsibilities include: * Pulling and routing network and low-voltage cabling * Installing and securing equipment racks and cabinets * Stacking, aligning, and drilling racks together * Labeling cables, ports, and equipment according to project standards * Assisting with hardware installation and infrastructure buildouts * Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively * Following project drawings, instructions, and installation guidelines * Maintaining a clean and organized work environment * Working alongside experienced technicians and learning industry best practices * Adhering to all safety procedures and site requirements What We're Looking For We value attitude and dependability more than extensive experience. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
