About the Role We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dayton, MN. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inquiries related to products, orders, shipping status, returns, and account concerns. Key Responsibilities * Answer 50-80 inbound customer calls daily regarding product information, shipping and order status, returns, and general inquiries. * Communicate with customers through phone, email, and internal company portal systems. * Accurately document all customer interactions and activities within the CRM system. * Review, process, and resolve customer inquiries and return requests. * Respond to questions regarding deductions, returns requirements, repacking fees, restocking fees, held invoices, policy adjustments, and other account discrepancies. * Research and resolve customer concerns while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. * Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards. * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Schedule: * Monday-Friday * 8:15 AM-5:00 PM * Two paid 15-minute breaks * One unpaid 45-minute lunch break Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role such as: * Customer Service * Call Center Support * Dispatching * Coordination * Order Entry * Administrative Support * Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining attention to detail. * Proficiency with computer systems and data entry. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
