Customer Service Representative (Energy Services) Location: Bothell, WA (Hybrid) Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time \| Hybrid Schedule Duration: 12-Month Contract Start Date: September 21, 2026 Openings: 4 Positions Available About the Opportunity We're seeking customer-focused professionals to join a leading energy utility company supporting customers throughout the Pacific Northwest. In this role, you'll help customers understand their energy usage, resolve billing concerns, and educate them on programs that can reduce energy costs and improve energy efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with call center or customer service experience who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
