Vice President , Market Operations Capital Markets - JLL What this job involves: Lead operations and logistics for JLL's Capital Markets group as Operations Vice President, where you'll partner directly with Office Heads to drive organizational effectiveness and team success. This senior leadership role combines people management, budget oversight, and strategic operational excellence while supervising support staff including Production Associates and the Design team. You'll play a critical role in supporting high-profile real estate deal processes, from marketing materials preparation to deal system management, while overseeing internal recruiting and serving as a key business partner with Human Resources. This position offers the opportunity to impact Capital Markets operations at the executive level, ensuring seamless execution of complex transactions while maintaining the infrastructure that supports one of JLL's most dynamic business units. What your day-to-day will look like: * Supervise and lead a team of support staff including Production Associates and Design team members for Capital Markets operations * Manage budget and operating expenses for team of employees while conducting detailed analysis of expenses by producer, client, and vendor * Assist Production Support Team in preparation of comprehensive marketing materials including RFPs, fee agreements, confidentiality agreements, offering memorandums, and due diligence data * Oversee internal recruiting process and act as strategic business partner with Human Resources for the Capital Markets team * Populate and enter deal information into company sales system (Capforce) and manage report retrieval processes * Process Confidentiality Agreements and Listing Agreements while organizing real estate licensing and continuing education efforts * Maintain office filing systems, oversee off-site storage maintenance, and ensure compliance with file retention guidelines Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required * Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting Executives in senior-level roles * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent spelling and organizational capabilities * Must be detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in extremely fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative team player attitude * Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities * Must be self-starter capable of working without day-to-day supervision Preferred Qualifications: * Previous related experience in financial or real estate services industries * Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Office 2010 version or higher) * Experience with budget management and expense analysis * Knowledge of real estate licensing requirements and continuing education processes * Experience coordinating with IT for equipment provisioning and system access management * Strong project management skills with ability to participate in key strategic initiatives * Flexibility to work overtime on short notice when business needs require Location: Onsite (Office setting with computers, copiers, and scanners) Work Shift: Standard business hours with flexibility for overtime This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Estimated compensation for this position: 90,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
