Description
The Commercial Banking Associate provides broad-based support to Lenders and Banking Officers, facilitating both lending and deposit operations. This role ensures efficient service, detailed documentation, and effective client relations by managing a variety of banking activities and administrative duties. This position is ideal for those seeking to deepen their understanding of commercial banking operations while contributing significantly to the success of the banking team. The Commercial Banking Associate will gain hands-on experience across a range of banking functions, preparing them for future growth within the organization. This role supports Commercial Bankers and Lenders within the Colorado Market by assisting with client management, opening and maintaining bank accounts, processing wires, portfolio oversight, and loan servicing. It involves collaborating with various departments across the Bank to address both internal and external customer needs. Qualifications
Annual Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00. This position is nonexempt. Compensation is aligned to experience, skills and education. Benefits: The bank offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave; and 401(K) plan. Hours of paid leave may vary based on position.
