Job Description We're looking for a Sr. Manager, Creative Operations & Resource Management to join Visa Creative Studio as we continue building a best-in-class global creative team for Visa and the clients we serve.
This candidate will support the Head of Creative Operations and a dedicated creative studio team in day-to-day operational execution. This role focuses on intake support, workflow accuracy, reporting inputs, tool adoption, resourcing visibility, and near/long-term operational coordination.
The role is especially focused on supporting North America Marketing Services, while ensuring operational practices align with the broader Creative Studio model. This person helps keep the studio's operational systems accurate, supports adoption of project management and AI-enabled tools, and provides the reporting and coordination needed for leaders to make informed decisions about demand, capacity, staffing, and workflow health.
Review intake submissions for completeness, accuracy, priority, timing, and required information. Organize intake information so work can be reviewed, prioritized, scoped, staffed, or escalated. Help determine whether work may require internal creative support, vendor support, additional scoping, business review, or leadership escalation.
Provided details project cost proposals based on clearly defined project scope andlevel of creative & production support needed. 10,000 ft tracking ofactiveassignments, capacity,workload, availability, and resource gaps across creative and operational teams. Maintain accurate resource and project data in operational systems. Support utilization, workload, and capacity reporting. Flag overloads, timing conflicts, availability gaps, or staffing risks. Prepare data for staffing discussions, resource reviews, and leadership checkpoints. Help ensure teams have visibility into near-term demand and active workload.
Support monthly capacity, pipeline, and utilization reporting. Identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, data gaps, and operational inefficiencies. Help translate operational data into clear summaries that support decision-making. Monitor workflow patterns and flag recurring issues that may require process improvement.
Tools, Systems & AI Adoption
Support adoption of project management, resourcing, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled operational tools. Representing creative team needs in enterprise tool discussions or task forces, as appropriate. Recommend improvements to intake forms, templates, dashboards, workflows, and reporting structures. Help ensure operational platforms serve as reliable sources of truth. Support teams in using tools consistently and correctly. Identify practical opportunities to apply AI tools to improve operational efficiency, reporting, workflow visibility, intake quality, or process documentation. Partner with stakeholders to ensure AI tool usage aligns with Visa policies, governance, and brand standards.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications
8-10years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree. Experience in creative operations, marketing operations, project coordination, PMO support, resource management, studio operations, or related operational roles. Experience working with intake workflows, project tracking, reporting, dashboards, resourcing data, or operational systems. Strong comfort working with data accuracy, workflow tools, and cross-functional coordination. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
8+years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, project management, resource management, PMO, or studio operations. Experienceoperatingin both agency &in-houseenvironments.Bringingbest in class processes & ways of workingfrom anagency environment and implementingin-house. Familiarity with creative production workflows, marketing campaign development, and project lifecycle management. Experience with project management tools, resource management platforms, reporting tools, automation tools, or AI-enabled workflow tools. Experience supporting North America marketing teams or large matrixed organizations. Understanding capacity planning, utilization reporting, intake governance,project scoping,pipeline reporting, and resource visibility. Experience partnering with Creative, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Project Management, and Operations stakeholders.
Technical & Design Skills:
Strong proficiency with project management and workflow tools such as Workfront,Wrike,Asana, or similar platforms. Comfort working with AI-enabled productivity, workflow, automation, reporting, or documentation tools. Ability to maintain clean, accurate, and current data across operational platforms. Ability to analyze workload, capacity, demand, staffing gaps, and operational trends. Familiarity with creative tools and processes is enough to understand studio workflow needs. Ability to document workflows, create clear process guidance, and support tool adoption.

Information for US Applicants For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $153,700.00 to $ 246,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
