In this role, you'll work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to troubleshoot complex electronic hardware, perform diagnostics, analyze failures, and support the development and maintenance of advanced technology products. APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Perform component-level testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis on electronic assemblies and systems. Interpret complex engineering drawings, electrical schematics, technical diagrams, and manufacturing documentation. Utilize electronic test equipment including: Multimeters Oscilloscopes Signal Generators Automated Test Programs Specialized Diagnostic Equipment Conduct functional and diagnostic tests and document results in prescribed formats. Troubleshoot and diagnose electronic test failures and determine root causes. Prepare failure reports and associated technical documentation. Design and construct tooling, fixtures, and specialized test setups to support engineering and manufacturing activities. Analyze, organize, and interpret test data to identify cause-and-effect relationships and recommend corrective actions. Support process improvements, product quality initiatives, and manufacturing problem resolution efforts. Partner with engineering and operations teams to improve product reliability and performance. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 3+ years of experience performing component-level electronics testing, troubleshooting, repair, or diagnostic activities. 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, or production environments involving electronic assemblies. 2+ years of experience using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, multimeters, and automated test systems. 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics, engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. 2+ years of experience performing root cause investigations, failure analysis, or technical problem-solving activities. Associate's degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Engineering Technology, or related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience. What Sets You Apart: Experience troubleshooting complex electronic assemblies at the component level. Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics theory and applications. Experience supporting advanced manufacturing, defense, aerospace, military, or high-tech electronic products. Experience designing test fixtures, tooling, or specialized diagnostic setups. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvements. Excellent documentation and technical reporting skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Overtime: May be required based on production schedules and engineering priorities.
