What to Expect

We are looking for an experienced Datacenter Operations Manager to lead the reliable, efficient, and scalable operations of our hyperscale data centers supporting large-scale AI training and inference workloads. You will oversee high-density GPU/AI infrastructure, advanced power & cooling systems, and ensure maximum uptime, capacity readiness, and operational excellence in a fast-growing AI environment.


What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day operations of hyperscale data centers hosting AI/GPU clusters, ensuring high availability, performance, and safety
  • Manage critical infrastructure including high-density power distribution, advanced cooling (air, liquid, immersion), rack density, and environmental controls optimized for AI workloads
  • Drive capacity planning, space/power/cooling forecasting, and rapid deployment support for AI infrastructure expansion
  • Oversee preventive/corrective maintenance, vendor management, and incident response to minimize downtime
  • Implement and improve operational processes, monitoring, automation, and DCIM tools for hyperscale efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, environmental, and industry standards while driving energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the onsite operations team; coordinate with engineering, networking, and AI platform teams
  • Manage change control, risk assessments, and continuous improvement programs tailored to AI-driven demand

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years in data center operations, with at least 3-5 years in hyperscale or large-scale environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with high-density compute (GPU/AI clusters), power systems, and advanced cooling technologies
  • Proven leadership of operations teams and vendor/contractor management in 24/7 critical facilities
  • Solid understanding of data center best practices (Uptime Institute, TIA-942, or equivalent), capacity management, and incident management
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Direct experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure or hyperscale cloud providers
  • Familiarity with liquid cooling, high-performance networking, and DCIM/BMS systems
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CDCP, ATD, PMP, or vendor-specific)
  • Experience with automation, scripting, or sustainability/energy optimization programs
