As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support loss prevention efforts, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and employees at a luxury retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the sales floor, entrances, exits, stock areas, and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor customer and employee activity, report suspicious behavior, and promptly notify site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision of incidents or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while maintaining a customer-focused presence.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and required communications in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
