In addition, we have an office on northeast side of Indianapolis where the Procurement and Supplier Development Department, Business Development and Product Engineering are now located. We have a third location in Troy, Michigan which houses our Sales Engineering, Logistics Distribution Center for USA, and Customer Resident Engineering.


Your responsibilities

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day office and leadership support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who can multitask, manage schedules, prioritize changing deadlines, and work effectively in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office coverage, including multiline phones, visitors, mail, shipments, and general office organization.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including correspondence, memos, spreadsheets, forms, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, including on-site, off-site, and virtual meetings.
  • Arrange domestic and international employee travel.
  • Maintain filing systems, contact databases, employee information, inventory, and corporate records.
  • Coordinate office supplies and food deliveries for meetings.
  • Create, track, and report Purchase Orders.
  • Prepare and maintain management meeting minutes.
  • Support managers with departmental projects and general administrative needs.
  • Follow applicable workplace safety policies and regulations.

Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree, or 1-2 years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Word, (Visio, MS Project, and SAP are a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare business correspondence and communicate effectively with managers, customers, and the public.
  • German language skills are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret written, verbal, diagram, and schedule-based instructions.
