General Summary:

  • The Audiovisual and Telehealth Specialist II provides technical support of systems includingaudiovisual systems, videoconferencing, recording and livestreaming technologies, computer projection and display, audio systems, teleconferencing, virtual meeting technologies, patient television systems, telemedicine technology, and interactive patient systems using sophisticated digital software and hardware. The position provides technical support for events including in person, virtual, and hybrid in person/virtual meetings. The position operates, maintains, distributes, installs, configures, repairs, and upgrades various systems while ensuring their optimal performance.The positioninstructs staff in use of supported technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting audiovisual systems
  • 1 year of experience supporting patient television systems and telemedicine systems preferred
