The Nurse Coordinator/Specialty Nurse provides clinical coordinator for our IR patients across 7 radiology divisions including Biopsy, Neuro, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Triage and Private Nursing. The nurse is managing communication received from patients, providers and other members of the interdisciplinary team. There is scheduling of patients in the speicific radiology procedural spaces, triaging patient calls, leading patients rounds with the team, using resources to determine the patient's clinical condition to meet their individual needs, facilating consultations, testing, and procedures, and educating patients to help manage pre and post procedural expectations. Qualifications: * BSN Required along with minimum 2 years clinical nursing required * RN - Registered Nurse licensure Upon Hire (Required)
