Position Title: Assistant Lecturer/Assistant Teaching Professor of EntrepreneurshipCompensation: $60,000 - $90,000Department: ManagementStart Date: 01/01/2027About this opportunity: The Department of Management in the Miller College of Business at Ball State University welcomes applications for a full-time, 10-month contract position with a joining date of January 2027 or August 2027, based on the availability of the candidate and needs of the department.This contract position is renewable based upon the performance of the employee, teaching needs of the department, and budget. Candidates should have the ability to be physically present on Ball State campus multiple days per week and should be prepared to teach both face-to-face and online courses. Student needs will determine the final count of in-person vs online courses. Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the United States without employer sponsorship. What you'll do and what you will bring: Position Function: Primary responsibilities include teaching courses in the field of entrepreneurship and/or other areas of management (e.g., leadership, human resource management, international business, organizational behavior).
