Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

Schedules:

A Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

C Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Required experience operating an Order Picker/Cherry Picker
• Reach Truck experience preferred
• Forklift operating experience preferred
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to work independently in a self-directed environment

• Operate Order Picker equipment for approximately 50% of the workday
• Operate Reach Truck equipment for approximately 30% of the workday
• Operate Forklift equipment for approximately 20% of the workday
• Safely move, locate, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
• Inspect equipment before use and report any safety concerns
• Plug in equipment during lunch breaks and at the end of each shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
