Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Overtime Required

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

• Previous sit-down and/or stand-up forklift experience required
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shipping and receiving environment
• Basic warehouse, packing, sorting, and inventory experience preferred

• Operate sit-down and stand-up electric forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick, repack, label, and prepare parts and raw materials for production
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and fulfill orders accurately
• Perform sorting, packing, and cycle counting duties as needed
• Complete daily paperwork and maintain inventory records
• Participate in 5S activities and warehouse organization efforts
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Follow forklift, pedestrian, and warehouse safety procedures at all times
• Lift, move, and store materials safely throughout the facility
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support recycling initiatives and ISO14001 environmental guidelines
• Assist with physical inventories and continuous improvement projects
• Help support increased shipping and receiving activity during peak production periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
