Job Title: CE Service Administrator
Location: Plano, TX
Pay Rate: 19.00/hour
Schedule: Regular Business Hours | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

Responsibilities:
- Create all system access points for CE service network, including MFA and mapping requests
- Maintain dispatch status and PUMIs for network
- Issue and track contract terminations and system access closures
- Process onboarding of new technicians, approvals, and uniform orders
- Support admin team for upcoming amendment projects, payment verifications, missing payments
- Support admin team for SMDF review and processing
- Support CE On-site evaluation checklist in assessment portal.
- Work with Assessment team to confirm scheduling of assessments.
- Review assessment results, enter remaining data, and load final scores to the management system.
- Summarize assessment progress in weekly reports to management.
- Analyze and evaluate the process audit results for service centers and present a performance review to upper management.
- Work with regional managers for improvement plans when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree w/ equivalent years of work experience
- 2+ years working experience in a corporate setting w/ experience in operations/project coordinating & Field Service or administration
- Great communication skills; highly organized - working w/ vendors and communicating with service network as well as upper management.
- Highly flexible, quick to learn w/ ability to adapt to using various systems; Will need to deliver/communicate information from assessment throughout various platforms and team members
- Greater than 2 years of professional experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Field Service or administration preferred
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, high-demand environment
- Collaboratively work with other departments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with the service network as well as upper management
- Team player that is willing to learn and grow within our Care team.Strong Microsoft Excel (including use of pivot tables and formulas), Word, and PowerPoint skills required
