Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | Monday-Friday

Requirements



  • Previous experience in van upfitting, automotive repair, carpentry, mechanical assembly, or similar trade work preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, wiring schematics, and technical instructions.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems (12V/24V preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in and around vehicles for extended periods.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.


Job Duties



  • Install shelving, partitions, racks, drawer systems, workbenches, and other custom van interior components.
  • Perform vehicle upfitting, including modifications to commercial and passenger vans based on specifications and blueprints.
  • Wire and install 12/24V electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, and auxiliary power systems (e.g., generators).
  • Fabricate, cut, and assemble wood and metal components for custom vehicle interiors.
  • Modify and fit interior trim and structural components to ensure proper installation and finish.
  • Operate hand and power tools, including drills, saws, routers, and other fabrication equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and manufacturer specifications are met.
