Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ months Role Description: Job Summary: Seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support application lifecycle management initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and remediation of end-of-life systems. This role requires strong technical acumen, healthcare application experience, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business and technical requirements from IT teams and business units. Translate requirements into actionable insights for architects, infrastructure teams, and application analysts. Support application/operating system upgrades and migrations to standard platforms. Assist in the remediation of end-of-life applications and systems. Understand and analyze application stack components (e.g., server, workstation, cloud). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions. Participate in stakeholder communications and status updates. Required Skills & Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role. Strong understanding of healthcare applications and workflows. Solid knowledge of application stack architecture (server, client, cloud). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.). Familiarity with Java, SQL, Visual Basic, or Google App Script. Experience with cloud migrations and end-of-life system remediation is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Background in technical analysis or application architecture. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, Appsheet experience) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
