Job Summary The Temporary Marketing Transition Manager will play a critical role in ensuring a successful transition of marketing, communications, and student recruitment functions from EMP to the College of Engineering and Applied Science (CEAS) Marketing and Communications team. The temporary Marketing Transition Manager will be responsible for maintaining continuity of marketing operations while learning, documenting, organizing, and facilitating the transfer of key marketing responsibilities, processes, institutional knowledge, vendor relationships, and communication workflows. This position will work closely with the EMP Associate Director of Operations, EMP Director, CEAS Marketing and Communications staff, and EMP's external marketing agency - Hybrid. This role requires a self-directed marketing professional who can quickly understand complex operations, find opportunities for process improvement, and effectively train and transition responsibilities with minimal direction. The successful candidate will play a critical role in preserving marketing continuity, supporting enrollment goals, and ensuring a smooth transfer of responsibilities that supports EMP's long-term sustainability. What We Can Offer The pay range for this temporary position is $40.00-$45.00 per hour.
