As an AI Innovation Lead, you will play a critical role in accelerating Claritev's AI transformation by identifying high-impact opportunities and turning them into measurable business outcomes. Sitting at the intersection of AI, product strategy, business transformation, and technology, you will partner with leaders across the organization to shape, pilot, and scale innovative solutions that improve healthcare operations and customer experiences.

You will help establish new capabilities, drive adoption, and ensure AI initiatives deliver real value while adhering to responsible AI principles.

What You'll Do

• Identify and evaluate high-impact AI opportunities across the business to drive measurable value and operational efficiency.

• Partner with business leaders, product teams, engineers, data scientists, and operational stakeholders to define and prioritize AI initiatives.

• Develop frameworks to assess AI opportunities based on impact, feasibility, risk, adoption, and strategic alignment.

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from discovery and solution design through pilot execution, measurement, and scale.

• Translate complex business challenges into AI-enabled products, experiments, and transformation initiatives.

• Define success metrics and evaluate the business impact of AI solutions beyond proofs of concept and demonstrations.

• Drive organizational adoption of AI capabilities through stakeholder engagement, change management, and enablement strategies.

• Promote responsible AI practices while balancing innovation, business value, compliance, and user experience.

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

1. 6 to 10 years of experience in product management, AI product strategy, digital transformation, consulting, enterprise innovation, or technology leadership.

1. 2+ years of experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, applied AI products, or AI-enabled business transformation.

1. Proven ability to translate business problems into AI opportunities, pilots, scalable products, and measurable business outcomes.

1. Experience partnering with engineering, data science, applied science, operations, product, legal, compliance, and executive stakeholders.

1. Familiarity with GenAI concepts including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, model evaluation, AI agents, workflow orchestration, and responsible AI practices.

1. Demonstrated success defining roadmaps, prioritizing opportunities, establishing success metrics, and delivering measurable impact.

1. Strong executive communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

1. Experience driving technology adoption through change management, workflow integration, training, and stakeholder engagement.

1. Proficiency using AI tools, copilots, and agentic workflows to improve productivity and accelerate innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in healthcare, particularly within payer operations, claims, networks, payment integrity, healthcare analytics, or cost management.

1. Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements, including HIPAA, privacy, and security considerations.

1. Experience leading enterprise-wide innovation or AI transformation programs.

1. Demonstrated success building and scaling new products, capabilities, or business processes in ambiguous environments.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $230,000. Actual compensation is based on experience, skills, education, work location, and internal equity. This position may also be eligible for annual incentive compensation and the comprehensive benefits outlined in the My Total Value section.
