Key Responsibilities

• Concept, design, and illustrate compelling creative content for a wide range of projects, including greeting cards, stickers, infographics, and social media, directly enhancing customer engagement.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to significantly accelerate concepting, illustration, and production, ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency.
• Masterfully refine and elevate AI-generated illustrations, applying expert illustration fundamentals and a keen eye for craft to deliver polished, on-brand final assets.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of scalable, AI-driven creative workflows, continuously improving speed, consistency, and overall efficiency.
• Work effectively within established design systems and templates, while proactively identifying and implementing opportunities for smarter, more scalable solutions.
• Skillfully manage multiple projects concurrently within a fast-paced, two-week sprint cycle, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Collaborate closely with creative, copy, and cross-functional teams, driving projects from initial concept through to successful final execution.
• Thrive in ambiguous situations, making astute creative decisions with limited information and proactively resolving challenges to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI and creative technologies, actively exploring and integrating new methods to enhance workflows and creative output.

What You'll Bring

• An exceptional portfolio showcasing strong visual design and illustration skills.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience integrating generative AI into professional creative workflows.
• Proven ability to expertly edit, refine, and finalize AI-generated illustrations, moving beyond simple generation to create truly finished pieces.
• A deep understanding of composition, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
• Experience flourishing in fast-paced, high-volume creative environments with demanding deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to maintaining a high bar for creative quality.
• A self-starter mindset, eager to quickly learn new tools and independently solve complex problems.
• Comfort with experimentation, iteration, and working effectively in areas where processes or solutions are still evolving.
• A positive, collaborative approach, coupled with the ability to maintain productivity and quality under pressure.

• Experience with Krea, Figma Weave, or similar generative creative platforms.
• Background in developing node-based or repeatable AI workflows.
• Experience training, working with, or refining custom AI models/LoRAs.
• Proficiency in building scalable creative systems, templates, or automation workflows.
• Experience working within agile or sprint-based creative teams.
