Job Summary
Responsible for driving business growth and performance at product portfolio level by using all key levers of commercial, product, engineering and operational excellence. Key performance indicators are revenue growth,12 & 24 monthsrevenue from new products, Gross Margin, ROI /contribution margin for total business and categories. Additional focus on optimizing inventory productivity supporting base business and new products through the productlife-cycle. Leading 2 to 5 cross-functional product teams consisting of all functions necessary to identify/prioritize opportunities, develop strategies to increase share of market and execution of those strategies while leading the ongoing management the assigned business.
