| Position Purpose |
The Program Manager will manage a portfolio of faculty directed programs and be the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and partner institutions throughout the life cycle of a select number of programs. The role blends student services, operational logistics, and collaborative partnership management to ensure safe, enriching, and academically rigorous experiences for all participants. |

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in International Education, Higher Education Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing studyaway, international exchange, or similar highvisibility studentservice programs.
- Proven track record coordinating faculty and external partners across cultural and institutional boundaries.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse student populations, faculty, and international partners.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation and writing skills are essential, along with managerial, organizational, and administrative skills; high level of self-sufficiency
- Strong organizational and projectmanagement abilities; proficiency with workflow automation, and student management systems.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting data and producing actionable recommendations.
- Crisismanagement competence; calm, decisive response to emergencies. * Must be able to balance competing priorities and manage work cycles that are tied to the academic calendar and include intense work times.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and studentinformation platforms.
- Experience with travelbooking tools and budgeting software is a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally for site visits, partner meetings, and program oversight.

Student Onboarding, Orientation, & Ongoing Support
Maintain accurate student records and monitor enrollment in the student information system (Terra Dotta) ensuring compliance with required program requirements. Guide prospective participants through the post decision process, providing clear timelines and documentation requirements. Design and deliver orientation sessions (inperson and virtual) covering cultural preparation, health & safety protocols, and logistical essentials. Serve as the primary liaison for students before, during, and after their programs, addressing concerns and inquiries with professionalism.

| Description |
Program Logistics & Operations
Develop and execute detailed program itineraries, in consultation with the faculty director and program partner to ensure smooth delivery of program elements. Monitor budget and reporting for each program, working with Director of Operations team to approve and review expenditures in line with program budget. Ensure all program materials are up to date and documented to reflect emergency contacts and response protocols. Manage program documentation (contracts, memoranda of understanding, student participation documents) and ensure timely renewal and audit compliance. Leverage technology tools (e.g., air tables, google sites) to streamline workflows and improve the student experience.

| Description |
Faculty Coordination & Partner Planning
Collaborate with faculty members to deliver the program as it was envisioned and approved by the sponsoring unit in line with budget allocation. Facilitate joint planning meetings with academic departments, hostinstitution faculty, and program partners to finalize schedules, logistics, and academic support services. Maintain relationships with international partner universities, thirdparty providers, and local service vendors, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and highquality delivery. Provide faculty with predeparture resources, including cultural briefings, best practices, and logistical checklists.

| Description |
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
Collect and analyze program data (enrollment, satisfaction surveys, completion rates) to assess impact and identify areas for enhancement. Prepare regular reports for senior leadership regarding program updates and assessment from director reports and student evaluations. Lead postprogram debriefs with students, faculty, and partners to capture lessons learned and inform future program design.
