* Inspiring & Influencing: Drives consensus among diverse stakeholders-including creative teams, legal/regulatory reviewers, and executive leadership-without direct authority.
* Communication & Facilitation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at converting complex process updates or brand strategy mandates into clear operational direction.
* Analytical & Continuous Improvement: Skilled at measuring operational bottlenecks, asset utilization, and workflow throughput to continuously optimize content operations.
* Strong understanding of commercial marketing processes within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry (e.g., MLR/PRC review processes).
* Experience with enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms (e.g., Veeva Vault, Adobe Experience Manager).
* Expertise in Agile marketing methodologies, creative agency workflows, and modern content capabilities (including AI tools for content generation/management).
