What you'll do:

• Lead localization projects, ensuring digital content and marketing effectively reach diverse global audiences.
• Manage the localization of high-volume content and assets across numerous languages, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional international teams to deliver localized experiences that resonate deeply with users.
• Contribute to improving existing infrastructure, tools, and technologies used in the localization process.
• Apply your knowledge of online marketing and the global marketplace to inform localization strategies.
• Drive initiatives that ensure best-in-class localized content, directly impacting customer engagement with cutting-edge services.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of prior localization project management experience, working on projects that involve language launches, internet, marketing, and/or media localization.
• Proven ability to manage localization projects with strong attention to detail in a demanding and dynamic environment.
• Previous experience leading localization projects across multiple cross-functional teams, including international.
• Knowledge of online marketing, international marketing copy, and the global marketplace.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize urgent issues, and deal with large volumes of copy and assets simultaneously.
• Proactive planner, who is forward-thinking, well-organized, and has an obsession for details.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion to improve existing infrastructure, tools, and technologies.
• A high degree of cultural sensitivity and experience working with teams across the globe.
• Working knowledge of industry-standard localization tools.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Linguistic expertise in at least one language.
• Comfort and competence working on leading computing platforms, using mobile operating systems, and familiarity with digital media products and industry-standard UI terminology.
