What You'll Do

• Develop elevated creative design solutions for seasonal launches, core products, and innovation projects across Beauty, Fragrance, and Body Care.
• Translate abstract fragrance stories and trend insights into cohesive packaging, ensuring consistency across varied product formats and packaging structures.
• Drive execution by creating detailed design specifications, finalizing artwork, and preparing clean assets for production and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure quality and accuracy by reviewing mechanical artwork and pre-production files prior to final release.
• Tell visual stories by designing high-impact mood boards, concept boards, and visual presentations to share creative direction with stakeholders.
• Research emerging trends in fragrance, beauty, wellness, and packaging finishes (foils, embossing, unique textures) to continuously elevate brand shelf presence.
• Partner closely with Design Leadership, Packaging Engineering, Product Development, Merchandising, and Production teams to foster cross-functional collaboration.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of professional experience in packaging design, graphic design, or visual art-preferably within Beauty, Fragrance, Personal Care, or Consumer Products.
• A portfolio showcasing sophisticated packaging design, strong typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of print production, mechanical prep, dielines, and specialty packaging finishes.
• A sharp eye for beauty and fragrance aesthetics, with a natural curiosity for wellness, lifestyle, and consumer behaviors.
• A highly collaborative, curious, and creative workstyle, comfortable managing multiple tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
